Work Permits
It is necessary to ensure that a person has the proper authorization to work in Canada, as engaging in work without the proper authorization can have serious consequences on future immigration applications. Canadian labour laws ensure that workplaces have a high-degree of safety and that all employers follow certain laws and regulations to ensure the well being of their employees and offer them competitive wages as required by the law.
Canada operates over 100 Work Permit options for the Foreign Nationals looking to work in Canada including options for some family members such as spouses to accompany with them on a temporary basis.
There are two types of Work permit programs in Canada:

- International Mobility Program where an LMIA is not required to obtain a work permit.
